About Justin
Seeking help is the first step. If you have experienced traumatic events in the distant past or more recently, or if you have feelings of sadness, depression or anxiety, or are in a difficult time in your life and are ready for a time of growth, reaching out is the first step in healing. I believe that everyone has the ability to heal and to grow. Every individual, couple, and family are different and I customize my therapeutic plan for your individual needs.
I have an extensive background as a trauma-informed clinician, and am trained in Reality Therapy, CBT, Solution Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method for couples, among other treatment modalities. My specialty is facilitating recovery for those suffering from trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and individuals going through life transitions.
Growth and positive outcomes can only begin when you reach out.
